Robert Half Technology is assisting the UKs leading medical organisation to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer Engineer - London based Role: The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for LAN & Wi-Fi - 3rd party collaboration and management - Juniper and Aruba WAN - monitoring & 3rd party collaboration Unified Comms management Servers & Storage management Cloud Management - 3rd party collaboration Cloud Configuration - Azure Networking and Tenants Cloud Infrastructure Hosting (Infrastructure as a Service) Backup and Recovery Services - Commvault Service Decommissioning Firewall Management - 3rd party collaboration - Fortinet Build Hardening and reviews Profile: The 3rd Line Support Engineer will have experience of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2022 Experience of security patching and backups (Commvault) Any experience of Infrastructure as Code advantageous Understand and experience change management. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the post holder will be required to communicate primarily within their own department, also with users across the Association and additionally with 3rd party suppliers. The ability to work as part of a team or on their own as and when the need arises. Provide training to other members of staff on technical products and procedures you have implemented as part of this role, this will primarily be delivered to team leaders and or their teams within the department. Trained in ITIL and understands the importance within an IT function. Formal Microsoft Certifications.
