Role overview As a Payroll Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks of the payroll department including processing new starters and tax code changes; answering queries from our stores on both the telephone, and managing the payroll email mailbox, answering or allocating queries to the Payroll Administrators. You'll complete the payroll month end submissions, reconciliations and national statistic submissions. The vacancy is part time (20 hours per week), with the hours split over 3 to 5 days per week to be agreed. Who are we? Role overview As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings. Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
