Our leading Charity with sites across Lincoln is looking for a Registered Manager to join their team in Grimsby to support individuals with a range of learning disabilities. The client offers a range of specialist education, care, day services, employability, and support services and is looking for a Registered Manager who can manage a team of 2 deputy managers and a team of support workers at their site. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 with additional benefits. What Does the Role Entail? As a Registered Manager at the Grimsby site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as the Care Standards Act and CQC Regulations. Whilst also leading and organising the day-to-day operations of the service. You will ensure consistent communication with families and agencies regarding the development and activities. Furthermore, you will oversee the team including staff development, managing the rota and working with other Registered Managers to ensure support across the sites in Lincolnshire. What Skills Will You Have? Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role within the care sector, to give you an understanding of the demands of the industry. This role allows you to step from a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager role. Your experience with on-call systems, knowledge of safeguarding procedures, passion for quality care, and commitment to supporting others will be key to your success. Exceptional communication skills and strong organisational abilities are qualities we value in the ideal candidate.
