The emphasis of this job will be supporting adults in their daily activities and caring for them.
Providing managerial oversight of the child's package to ensure that the child is provided with high quality trauma informed day-to day support that meets the child's day to day needs, promotes their safety and wellbeing and protects them from harm in line with the child's care plan.
This would include providing clear direction to the support staff when the child is in crisis.
