Duties
Liaising with managers to ensure correct rostering is completed.
Ensuring compliance with training, scheduling, competencies.

As the L&D Coordinator you will reporting into the L&D Manager and supporting with the successful delivery of the internal learning programmes and outreach initiatives
Working alongside the wider HR team, you will be the first point of contact for all Learning and training queries, coordinate training courses and maintain the LMS.
Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager (PMM) of the Electrical division based in head office, the Retail Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing first class administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This role is incredibly fast paced and the ability to prioritise will be crucial.
This role is crucial to support the PMM to ensure all supplier and store queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
