Main duties will include
Speaking with customers on the phone and via email.

They are looking for a customer orientated candidate to join them as a Client Service Advisor on an initial 6 month contract with the likelihood of a permanent opportunity at the end.
Providing a first-class customer service, you'll ensure the smooth running of the front desk through a variety of activities.
Based at SMT GB Head office, as Receptionist you'll be 'the face' of our business and generally the first point of contact for our internal and external customers and visitors.
This is a new role in the business and as our SMT TEC Application Specialist, your focus will be on supporting our current implementation project of a global D365 F&O solution and being the go-to person for your colleagues regarding specialist knowledge and support in resolving IT challenges.
