Responsibilities
Provide 1st / 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email & ticketing system Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues reported by customers.
We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for our MSP financial services client based in London paying between £35,000 to £45,000 Great benefits depending on experience.
This is a filed based role and there is an expectation to be based onsite 5 days per week.
This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to really grow their all round skill set as great training and up skilling is provided.
The 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst will be part of a new team and will provide phone support as well as hands-on, desk-side systems support for all end user issues across multiple locations.
This role will provide end-to-end support for end user issues, from hands-on work to the co-ordination of other IT support teams including setting up starters and leavers, infrastructure and application groups.
Working onsite with one of their global clients, you will provide support to roughly 80 end users working both remotely and hotdesking in the office.
