Due to its exciting growth plans for 2024/25 there is an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join its collaborative and close-knit IT team providing regional and national support on a range of internal initiatives. The key objectives of the role include: The analysis and resolution end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues both desk-side and remotely Contributing to the resolution of operational problems by working collaboratively with your peers in the IT team and stakeholders across the business The successful candidate will have experience of: Microsoft Windows environment including Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, Office 365 PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations Network technologies and ticketing systems an advantage Strong relationship, communications and interpersonal skills ideally gained in a customer service role.
