Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their Cardiff Office
The successful Desktop Support Engineer will be working onsite providing real-time IT support to End Users across the company.
Desktop Support Engineer required on an initial 12-month contract supporting an end client based in Cambridge.
Tasked with working across a broad range of technologies and liaising across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests.
You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs, peripheral equipment, and software, as well as performing system upgrades and backups as required.
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or escalate to relevant teams as necessary.
Work buildings across 3 new buildings on site - Setting up Desktops, and general IT Equipment.
