My client in St. Ives is looking for Helpdesk Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis to provide a central point of contact for all clients & departments to request maintenance repairs and other works and to query progress on jobs.
Key result areas/Key task/Main Duties
Go through monthly sub-contractors planned maintenance jobs and book in visits with sub-contractor/sites.
Chasing all sub-contractors and clear sub-contractors reminders on a daily basis.

We are partnering with a tech/engineering organisation on the outskirts of St Ives who are looking to add a 1st Line Support Analyst to their growing IT Team on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is a fully office-based role with occasional visits to other sites.
