Our client a well-established and growing specialist and multi-disciplined surveying consultancy who are looking for a Principal Designer to join their growing team on a hybrid/remote basis in Cambridge.
The Principal Designer will be operating as a key member of the team as they will be the main contact between clients, designers and contractors in regards to health and safety issues.
They will be ensuring health and safety compliance and that CDM regulations are met to ensure the delivery of new build and refurbishment education projects.
The team includes members in multiple sites including UK (Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge), France (Sophia), US (Austin and Chandler) and Hungary (Budapest)!Responsibilities:As Director of FE Flows and Methodologies, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our internal engineering flows that enable system design and verification activities within the System Development team.You will work with our Engineering Directors and Technical Leads to build and agree a common set of requirements resulting in a roadmap of flow development.You will manage a small team of engineers for whom you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and line management (including assisting with the development of careers, mentoring and coaching, managing accountabilities and objectives).
