The Lead Designer is responsible for delivering world class concepts and creative across a variety of media. The incumbent should possess robust experience and design skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, high-level creativity, and the skill and experience to passionately and articulately communicate and present work cross-functionally across the business.This role also requires high-level self-motivation and the ability to work to strict deadlines while under pressure.About the role: You will work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers, helping them design collateral for various needs such as full campaigns, print, digital, in-store, image retouching, new concept development work, etc.Be innovative and work with established brand identities. You will have a lot of responsibility and creative control over your given briefs. Support the design team in delivering against KPIs CPA, speed to asset, and asset quality.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands.Demonstrate a highly creative approach to briefs.Ensure that all creative and artwork meet the brief, are on brand, and produced to the highest standard.
