Job Overview
The Design Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating design activities for our utilities project.
The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure that all design elements are executed seamlessly, meet quality standards, and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
Administering the design management processes, procedures & governance
Supporting & administering the framework Design Management function as a service to the 'cradle to grave' Project Managers, including helping to define design scope, parameters and constraints with client stakeholders.
Advising on and implementing design strategies for programmes and projects, including advising on the appointment of designers which will include in-house resources, external consultants, specialists and design and build contractors across a multitude of design disciplines.
