We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our thriving UX team at Boots UK.
Your role will be to lead, coach and develop UX designers and researchers and work alongside product managers and business stakeholders to deliver a great user experience and help deliver our long-term strategy.

Develop customer-led digital design solutions for business unit category pages, ensuring adherence to BVI guidelines (Boots Visual Identity) within the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) templates.

Ensure the structural design meets programme airworthiness and product requirements and in line with cascaded Design Quality Assurance Criteria.
Define, deliver and enable technical studies, trades and investigations to ensure the delivery of technical solutions in accordance to relevant Design methods and procedures.
As a CMF Designer, you are a motivated, organised and highly creative team player with a passion for innovation.
Your role would involve supporting the Head of CMF and the Design Team by delving into macro and micro design trends, investigating cutting-edge technologies, and transforming these discoveries into groundbreaking CMF solutions.
You would thrive on a diverse range of projects that offer extensive exposure across the business.
