We have a new opportunity for a Band 5 Community nurse to join an NHS community team based in Leighton Buzzard. You will be working as part of a community nursing team covering hours between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday. You will be covering patient care for conditions such as diabetes, administering medication, catheterisation, palliative care, compression bandaging, wound management and pressure ulcer care.
