We are seeking those who have been working for a minimum of 1 year post-qualification and registration in the UK. In this role you will grow your medical knowledge and work in a health and disability assessment role conducting holistic assessments with applicants of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit. There is unrivalled investment in you as an employee and you will earn over 140 hours of CPD in your initial 3 months whilst completing an excellent training academy as you work towards accreditation as a Disability Assessor. All of this goes towards the revalidation support and processes which keep clinicians at the top of their game! Office based or home based opportunities are available. Full or part time posts are available. Part time is a minimum of 22.5 hours per week but all practitioners are required to commit to full time for the initial 6 weeks of training. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £38,500 per annum plus A comprehensive benefits package Flexible working opportunities are available between the hours of 8am - 6pm (front office) 8am -8pm (back office) after the probation period is complete. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5 (no weekends, nights, long days) Thorough in-house and professional training and development, covering well over the required CPD hours to revalidate and maintain your professional registration. 25 days' annual leave, with option to buy and sell up to 10 days, plus all bank holidays off.
