About The Role: We enable support for colleagues from day one, we pride ourselves on delivering a platform of enabling us all to Better Than Yesterday' such support is driven from the beginning with a period of induction and coaching to set you up to succeed in your role. A day in the life of your role would include a 4am start, supporting loading your vehicle at our Leamington Spa depot before hitting the road to be the face of the company and complete multi drop deliveries to our many valued customers. Before returning to your depot and supporting the vehicle to be cleaned and prepared ready for the next day. You will work 45 hours a week on a 4, 5, 6, day rotational working week commencing at 4am each day. You will be responsible for: Taking care of our customers order, from loading onto your van to ensuring the safe delivery of our customer's orders as if they were your own. Representing the company whilst on the road, driving safely, responsibly and within the law. Looking after your vehicle, like it is your first car including safety checks and cleanliness.
