You will be handling a portfolio of commercial (material damage, business interruption) claims up to £100,000 from cradle to grave.
You will handle a varied caseload of litigated motor injury, fraud and credit hire cases within the County Court and High Court jurisdictions.
Key Accountabilities
Create initial case strategy following Client Guidelines and review of information available.
Undertake discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors to pursue the rapid and appropriate settlement of cases and the apportionment of costs Undertake Court Hearings to ensure progress is maximised and all actions have been undertaken to bring the case to settlement.

You will manage a caseload of public and employer's liability losses both north and south of the border primarily on an investigate and report basis.

We are looking for a commercial property adjuster to join deal with commercial property claims (material damage & business interruption) to £100k.
You will oversee your own caseload of claims from start to finish, making sure that you get the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.
You will also be expected to visit premises and sites to assess the damage, write reports, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
