VACANCY - Holiday Home Sales Advisor Not one of our normal car sales roles, this is something a bit special! Selling holidays homes!! Basic £33,905 OTE £50,000 to £70,000 - uncapped 5 day working week, including weekends in (busy period) Our client is looking for someone from a sales background, ideally car sales, to join their award winning team. Candidate profile An accomplished salesperson with the ability to sell high worth products to clients. A consultative and qualification approach is required, not pushy / high pressure. A candidate with strong car sales experience would be a good fit. Usual candidate requirements required - professional, presentable, intelligent, positive, energetic and driven. Summary This role is about selling a lifestyle. The product is a depreciating asset, so this is all about lifestyle and the successful candidate must see this. The ethos is to be a real people person, to walk the site, meet owners past and present and really network. There are 2 large ownership events PA which all HHSA's must be heavily involved in. HHAS's will also assist with holiday lettings. On top on this, if it's wanted or needed, the client will provide live in accommodation for around £200 - £250 a month. Who are you applying to? Job Title: Sales Advisor - Kendal Reports to: Head of Sales Summary of Position: As a Sales Advisor based in Kendal, you will play a crucial role in promoting the products and training services for our client who specialises in working at height. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant advice to customers, maintaining customer information, and actively contributing to business development efforts. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Role and responsibilities; Offer precise and relevant information to customers regarding the products and training services. Ensure prompt and accurate recording of customer information for future reference. Maintain regular contact with allocated accounts to generate consistent orders. Introduce new products to existing customers and keep their information up to date. Proactively reach out to prospective customers to explore new business opportunities. Issue quotations and diligently follow up to secure sales. Negotiate sales terms and bring deals to a successful conclusion. Work towards achieving sales targets set by the Head of Sales. Liaise effectively with other team members to coordinate efforts and share relevant information. Confirm and update customer information systematically on the database after interactions. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records. Continuously improve technical product knowledge through professional development. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Undertake additional responsibilities as required from time to time to support the overall sales function.
