SO WHATS THE STORY KEYHOLDER - We are looking for an engaging and responsible Keyholder to lead our diverse shopfloor team at our store. Our Keyholders do everything our Sales Assistants do, you'll continue in delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience, now acting as a role model to the team, whilst also at times providing operational support to the management team & guidance to the overall store team. Acting as a trusted key holder you can expect at times to play a more prominent & pivotal role in the team ensuring our doors are open in line with store opening & closing hours and at times be leading on delivery activity. This will be for [16] hours per week. Shifts will be varied across 7 days and we'll also need you to be able to help out covering the management teams holidays at times. THE GIG KEYHOLDER - Take responsibility of opening & closing the store when necessary, following all relevant procedures. Hit and exceed individual sales targets whilst contributing to the wider performance of the store: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV. Lead on delivery procedures when necessary, processing all stock in line with company expectations. Assistant the store management team with day to day retail operations and health & safety procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment, floor management and maintain a safe and tidy work environment. Drive high standards of customer service within the store, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, unforgettable experience Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures and assist with more complex enquiries from customers. Class 2 Day Drivers required in Cardiff, CF11. This is to work on behalf of our client, who are a company that offer a large wholesale cash and carry and wholesale deliveries of their products to retailers throughout the South Wales and South West of England regions. As one of their Class 2 drivers, you will be driving a 18-tonne rigid truck, where your main duties will be delivering food and other wholesale products to retailers, main stores and various suppliers across the local area. This is a temporary contract. Our work is flexible. We can cater to drivers who are looking for between one and five shifts per week, on a regular ongoing basis.
