The Data Migration Lead plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless transfer of data amidst the company's transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion across its multiple company entities. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the Data Migration Lead ensures data accuracy, integrity and compliance throughout the migration process, navigating complex organizational structures and cultural nuances.
