Manage the rent accounts for a patch of tenancies where the tenure types are Assured Shorthold Tenancies
The role will operate in a commercial environment to ensure that alongside maximising income, brilliant customer care is provided with the outcomes including contributing to increasing tenant satisfaction and sustaining tenancies.
Specifically, we are looking for people to work as Administrators based in the office which is situated in the RM10 area.
