Data Engineer Location: Remote Our rapidly growing agency client is seeking an experienced Data Engineerto join their data science team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Data Engineer, you'll analyse, report and measure performance across their clients to help their key customers scale revenue through paid media, data science and marketing automation. Responsibilities: Organise raw data Build and maintain data systems and pipelines Evaluate business data needs Prepare data for reporting Combine raw information from different sources Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Improve data architecture and pipeline processes (ETL / ELT) Identify opportunities for data acquisition Develop analytical tools and programs Collaborate and with marketing teams, clients and data analyst Skills and experience: Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role Expertise in managing data pipeline platforms (i.e. Adverity, Matillion, Fivetran) Knowledge of REST APIs Technical expertise with data modelling in BigQuery Knowledge of programming languages and DE frameworks (Python) Hands-on experience with SQL database design Great analytical skills Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or similar field; a Master's is a plus Data engineering certifications are a plus
