The Office Administrator role involves project support to include overseas logistics, risk assessments and H&S, as well as assisting the HR Manager. Salary £26,000 Hybrid working (2 days office) Excellent benefits including travel allowance, company pension, lunches provided during office days, private health care and reward schemes Office Administrator responsibilities: Organising and planning meetings/events alongside organising travel bookings (booking flights, taxis, hotels etc.) Answering the telephones and managing email inboxes Maintaining office related procurement requirements Taking minutes during meetings when required Acting as the first point of contact for guests or contractors visiting the office Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks relating to various projects Providing support when required to the HR Manager including recruitment, onboarding and general office culture Supporting the Health and Safety Officer carry out risk assessments for the office and maintaining documents required Preparing lunches/refreshments for the wider team and supporting with the general cleanliness of the office Providing general IT support in the office and during remote meetings Office Administrator required skills/competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel knowledge
