Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.

Principles responsibilities
Read, assimilate & decipher customer job instructions in our job workflow system, Focal Point, to produce sorted postal mailing list outputs for each customer job, using our processing, routing & sortation systems.
General
The purpose of this role is to load and process customer mailing data, in line with their mailing instructions, into our sortation systems and to create usable mailing label outputs, which are then delivered to our onsite Mailhouse or external mailing houses for enclosure with mailing items, for onward global distribution.
This role is critical to the Air Business operation in terms of ensuring that individual customer job instructions for mailings are accurately interpreted and processed, and jobs are ready for mailing in line with our customer SLAs and schedules.
To provide a proactive and professional support for all practice and business services groups across the firm including (but not limited to) audio/digital dictation typing, copy typing, amending/formatting large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, Word/PDF conversion and manipulation plus the preparation of diagrams, slides, spreadsheets andother ad hoc requests as required.

A team working and collaborative approach towards fellow support staff is essential to fulfil the needs of the business.
Reliability and flexibility combined with a 'can do' outlook are fundamental and Document Management Operators should take pride in the standard of work the DMC team provides.
