You must have previous experience within a busy Administrative role and have great Customer Service experience.
Duties will include
Speaking with customers on the phone and advising on queries.
You will assist the Head of Operations to provide services to our clients and also assist their agents in the field.
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver an excellent customer for both our client and their customers within their Court & Warrant team.
The role is located in their Romford office and involves working with a growing team that works across a range of working times to deliver the full range of services we provide.
