Location: Remote, will need to go to Wigan office once or twice initially to pick up equipment/induction. Length of role: Initial 3 months, potential to extend. We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Administrator to support our Private Sector Housing Team. The role involves managing a significant backlog of data input for our new case management system, handling a large volume of HMO inspections, and efficiently managing our inbox. Day to day of the role: - Enter details of 700 properties into the LOCATA system, attach documents, and process license applications. - Manage a backlog of HMO inspections, ensuring application forms are received and all necessary documents are collected. - Handle the inbox, managing emails without the need for phone calls. - Draft notices on Word and use Hybrid Mail for delivery. - Arrange appointments with clients and officers, updating calendar entries accordingly. - Correspond with licence holders to ensure applications are completed. - Check incoming documents against checklists to ensure information is available for officers. - Ensure payments for applications and services are received. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word. - Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
