Your role will be integral in helping to deliver the product roadmap for marketing data analysis across all of our client partners. This will require you to be a strategic thinker, defining right-fit solutions and opportunities. As well as a senior voice, being able to confidently showcase your knowledge and passion to your colleagues & clients. Day-to-day Responsibilities ? Analysing and interpreting data: apply statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to analyse the collected data, uncovering patterns, trends, and insights ? Communicating data-driven insights: effectively communicate findings to the output teams, product managers, and stakeholders. Development of data visualisations/dashboards: Present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner ? Gathering and cleaning data: responsible for collecting relevant data from various sources, such as user behaviour analytics, customer feedback, and product usage metrics ? Define and develop: implement frameworks for measuring, reporting, analysing, and benchmarking marketing results to enhance decision-making ? Measuring and tracking progress: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure the impact of product changes and track progress towards goals ? Providing data-driven recommendations: use insights to provide recommendations for product improvements, feature prioritisation, and user experience enhancements ? Supporting data-driven decision-making: play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the iterative output teams Future planning: Incorporate AI and ML models into data streams to create predictive analysis models, informing business decisions ahead of time Experience required for the opportunity: ? Ability to read and analyse data to make informed decisions - Strong knowledge and understanding of analytics software and user behaviour tools ? Confident working background with data lakes such as BigQuery or Snowflake ? Experience visualising data through tools such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau Proven experience with presenting comprehensive reports on data analysis findings and recommendations ? Experience in Python / SQL ? Past experience of handling large complex data sets ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to unify/collate data and analyse/interpret to ultimately define actions ? Experience in Python / SQL to manage, transform and overlay models onto our data Preferred Previous Experience ? 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role - working with marketing data ? Agency & client-facing background ? Working experience with performance, development and user experience teams ? Experience managing and mentoring other members of the team ? Past working experience within an Agile environment with exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban ? Experience using agile / project management tools in Jira and Confluence ?
