We are working with a well-established and highly respected company, to find a Logistics Support Operative for their busy and growing despatch department.
We're looking for a motivated Digital Customer Service Team Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Digital Customer Service Advisors in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Lead a team of approximately 13 Digital Customer Service Advisors (CSAs), primarily handling customer interactions on social media, with occasional support on other channels such as voice.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and influence skills to inspire and guide the team, transforming complex or emotionally challenging situations into positive outcomes.
The role will be predominately service centre based, however there may be opportunity to be part of a team working on customer sites.
The role will involve exposure to a wide range of electronic test and measurement equipment and will require the candidate to learn and understand the different instruments, the various electronic signals involved (from DC to lightwave), and the measurement techniques required in electronic calibration and repair.
Based from home after an initial 3-day training course, you will be provided with a car and all the tools to build and grow your customer base.
This is not a hard sales role, and it's a product/service that property business must provide by law, your job is to educate the businesses on the product and advise why it's better and different to the other market products, with the hope of them joining.
Expectation would be an average of 3 customer visits a day across the week, though it's likely you would be at home a couple of days and doing 5 per day across 3.
