Your new roleThe main purpose of this role is to deliver a reactive and planned maintenance service covering a 24/7 operation.
Your new companyI'm working with a public sector authority in the Merseyside region, who are looking for a mechanical biased maintenance officer to join their facilities division, and oversee on-site reactive and planned maintenance.
You will organise on-site rotas for designated buildings across the estate, and ensure all work completed is in line with agreed standards.
We are looking to recruit a part-time On-Site Service Operative
This is a part time role covering a customer site in Liverpool and Blackpool
Your key responsibilities in this role will be providing an on-site service to customers, monitoring clothes levels, communicating with delivery manager
The role is responsible for the security, safety and general appearance of the College buildings and grounds, together with minor works maintenance and repairs, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer focused service as standard.
Working as part of a team across all college sites, the facilities technician will ensure all staff, students and visitors along with College buildings, valuables, resources and assets are safe and secure.
They will encourage and engage in an ethos of shared responsibility and respect, to enable the safeguarding and wellbeing of any user of the College.
