Project Manager, Consultant (Non-Profit CRM) Do you thrive on transforming organizations through technology? Are you passionate about the non-profit sector? We're a consultancy that empowers clients (especially non-profits!) to become high-performing with the right tech solutions. We partner with industry leaders like Salesforce and iMIS to design and implement custom CRM solutions, maximising your existing systems or building new ones from scratch. In this dynamic role, you'll be a client champion, leading projects from start to finish. You'll guide clients through the entire CRM implementation lifecycle, from post-sales to post-go-live. As the project manager, you'll wear many hats, ensuring success through: Expert Project Management: You'll meticulously track budgets, manage resources across teams, and keep projects on schedule with clear communication. Strong Client Relationships: Building trust is key! You'll foster open communication and ensure client satisfaction at every step. Technical Acumen: Your understanding of project management methodologies (certifications a plus!) and CRM systems is essential. We're looking for someone who: Has experience managing software implementation projects, especially CRM systems. Understand the non-profit landscape (previous experience a must! & a plus if you have worked in a consultancy capacity) Is a whiz at project management methodologies. Thrives in a consultancy environment (bonus points!). Can analyse problems, solve them creatively, and influence others. Communicates effectively with all levels (written and spoken). Is a team player with leadership potential. Works independently and manages their time effectively. Enjoys technology and stays up-to-date.
