My client is currently seeking an experienced account support professional to join the sales support team whom monitor worldwide customers within the food retails markets on a full time, Permanent Basis

My international client supplies its continuously growing markets around the world with high quality frozen vegetables, herbs, and fruit with 4000 employees and 17 production sites in 8 countries.
Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered from your team and ensure KPI's are met.
To lead, manage and develop the Customer Service function and a mix of an office and remote-based Account Management team to achieve & grow in line with the strategy whilst providing high quality service to all specified members and transactional customers.
£50K - £57K additional benefits
Responsibilities
Direct line management and motivation of the Customer Service and Account Management teams to meet engagement and key business targets.
Role Objective: The role is to provide a focal point of contact for Connection Services customers who operate within our clients footprint.
This will require the post holder to be the single point of contact for a customer and to take them through each stage of the job, for which they will have full accountability and ownership.
The role will include providing quotations, booking site visits, taking payment, raising numbers and co-ordinating the execution of the work programming.
