Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role
To answer inbound sales calls to customers who have enquired through various marketing channels about our direct cremation plans with the objective of answering any queries regarding the plans and setting up sales.
Assist with the strategic growth of the business via servicing and development of existing accounts.
You will be responsible for managing your own work- flow under guidance to cultivate and develop meaningful and trusting relationships across the company's account portfolio.
