In this Housing Team Leader opportunity in Chesterfield, you will join a charity helping young people, between the ages of 16-25, gain access to temporary accommodation as a result of being homeless The role Is to help manage a group of front line workers and deal with the day to day management as well as picking up a small case load.
In this Housing Team Leader job, your responsibilities will include
Provide first line management and supervise a small team of staff to ensure that young people receive person centred support within our accommodation in accordance with people policies, statement of purpose and OFSTED standards.
Your new companyWe are currently working exclusively with a supported living service provider, who support people living in a range of accommodation styles which include individual flats, specialist single-story properties and shared houses.
Your new roleAs a Support Worker, you will be providing outreach support to access the community, various supported living options and supporting those with complex physical, learning, or mental health needs and developmental disorders.
