The Customer Service Administrator will process customer orders, handle enquiries, monitor orders and proactively act on issues that may arise.
The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of a small office-based team, with responsibility for ensuring customers receive the very best experience whilst delivering a first-class service through multiple channels (telephone, email, salesforce).
Quality is the primary focus, delivering on promises and ensuring first-time resolution of all customer queries.
Role - Financial Controller Location - Chester Salary - Between £65,000 and £75,000 benefits
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic background.
