Turbine Creative is an ambitious creative agency, specialising in Sport, Health and Life Science sectors. Their core purpose is to help people realise the potential within their brands through exceptionally creative and intelligent marketing solutions, with a particular focus on video and animation-driven campaigns. The company work with some awesome clients (both big and small) including the likes of Team GB, the BBC, the NHS, Innovate UK, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Johnson and Johnson and UK Sport. They deliver campaigns that are innovative and visually engaging whilst also delivering real commercial results. Job Description: Turbine Creative are seeking an experienced, creative Video Editor to join their ambitious team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Adobe Suite and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality video content. You will work alongside their in-house creative team to edit content for a variety of clients from different industries. You will be happy sharing creative ideas and suggesting new ways to make edits work even better. You will also be passionate about keeping up to date with the latest tech innovations and trends in video editing and motion design. Ideally, you will also be experienced in motion graphic design. Responsibilities include: Edit and assemble raw footage into super polished, visually appealing videos that align with clients' brand guidelines and objectives. You will also intelligently edit the footage into the right narrative for the client's message. Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations Incorporate motion graphics, effects, and animations to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos. You will also be up for sharing your ideas in group discussions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously discover and implement new editing technologies Work & manage multiple projects at the same time whilst meeting deadlines without compromising quality Requirements: Proficiency in the Adobe Suite. In particular, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Great understanding of post production techniques, including colour correction, audio mixing, motion graphics creation and file compression Ability to edit long, mid and short form content for distribution on a variety of platforms including client's own websites, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and style across all projects Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment A portfolio showcasing previous work Benefits: Competitive salary Pension Professional Development Budget Opportunities to work on experimental, self-funded creative projects Collaborative, fun & innovative work environment Work Location Hybrid working.
