Design Director I'm working with a global social agency who is looking for a Design Director to start ASAP. You'll be working with an exciting portfolio of brands and clients, and be the leading figure in designing dynamic and innovative digital concepts and solutions. This is a full time, hybrid role with 2-3 days in their Manchester office. The role: Work with the Creator team to develop social and digital campaigns. Manage and mentor a team of designers to develop and support their skillsets and work to produce leading and award-winning campaigns for the agency's client. Liaise with interdisciplinary teams across the agency to create work that reflects the agencies vision and identity. Overlook and participate on the design of social assets, shoots, pitch decks, and training and development programmes. You are responsible for producing original design and artwork for brochure production, direct mail, press advertisements, website imagery, digital marketing, travel agency marketing support and promotional items, and any other design requirements for our full range of travel products. You will be part of a Studio team of four designers. Together, you are brand guardians, both for internal and external marketing and have responsibility for driving consistency across the company and in all our marketing. Design and maintain graphics for website banners, email, social and digital display campaigns. Image selection and management: Ensure our images are fresh, consistent and on brand across our multiple tours throughout our collateral. Managing our image library and keeping it updated. About you Enjoy working in a small, but expanding team that is passionate about travel, marketing and brand You are just starting out or have two to three years' experience in design, preferably with relevant travel experience Good level of knowledge of Adobe CC suite including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator is essential Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects would be advantageous. Experience in motion design is preferred but not essential. A passion for motion design, with a willingness to learn.
