The Role Their continued growth means that they are now looking for an experienced Creative Producer, to work closely with their content and technical teams, driving all commercial sales activity whilst ensuring the projects are in line with their target audience. Duties will include: Own the design and aesthetic of products, services and brands across the business Focus on all video, graphics and animation, with inputs into print and digital design Primarily focus on external "products", whilst supporting in-house projects and marketing Work with R&D/technical team to research, ideate, create and productionise new products Focus on creative, but with a strong understanding of day-to-day operational/delivery media production pipeline Manage a small team of in-house creatives Help put in place the systems/processes/training for long-term success Manage multiple projects and ensure effective workflows Develop creative briefs, content ideas, mood-boards, video, scripts, etc. Arrange locations, casting, props, equipment for shoots Driving relationships with key partners Collaborating with all departments within the company Working at Senior Management level The Candidate We are seeking a senior level individual, with proven experience in audio visual services and enjoys getting creative!
