Cover Supervisor Role Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning. Implement pre-prepared lesson plans across different subject areas and year groups. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment. Provide support to students, answering questions and offering assistance as needed. Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school administrators regarding any issues or concerns. Requirements Previous experience working in a school environment or with children and young people preferably in a TA or HLTA position or have experience leading class based sessions Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities.
