Are you a Project Manager who has led Oracle Fusion implementations? Join our team to lead a high profile Oracle Fusion implementation for a renowned organisation. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with SI experience to deliver on a major transformation project. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the implementation and ensuring that the methodology is followed rigorously. Our Oracle Practice at Sopra Steria is dedicated to implementing and managing Oracle solutions for clients across diverse sectors. We specialise in Oracle applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, focusing on Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and Oracle Cloud technologies. What you will be doing: Lead the implementation team through the entire methodology, ensuring that every phase is executed according to the agreed approach (True Cloud Methodology, OUM, or AIM). Ensure that technical deliverables (e.g., configurations, customizations, integrations) are completed and reviewed at each stage. Assign tasks to the functional and technical consultants based on the phase of the implementation (e.g., during the Design phase, oversee configuration workshops and document functional specifications). Ensure that the SI team adheres to the methodology in areas such as data migration, system configuration, and UAT support. What you will bring: In-depth knowledge of the chosen implementation methodology, including detailed technical and procedural aspects (e.g., how and when to use Oracle Fusion-specific tools like ADF, BI Publisher, OTBI). Ability to tailor the methodology based on specific client needs or project complexities (e.g., adjusting phases for a phased rollout or hybrid implementation). Expertise in guiding the client through the methodology, especially for activities that require both client and SI collaboration (e.g., UAT, cutover planning).
