To provide or arrange the provision of legal advice as well as be responsible for ensuring that the Bank follows statutory and regulatory procedures to mitigate risks of litigation.
General
Review and keep updated the standard documents of the Bank where necessary with input from external legal advisors.
Assist the Company Secretary with company secretarial duties.
Support the General Counsel and Company Secretary on all corporate governance related matters;.
Provide legal consultation and advice to Senior Management team on matters relating to the company including corporate law, primary insurance law, contract law and regulatory matters;.
Provide legal advice and insurance consultancy to the company for all related business opportunities excluding claims related matters;.
