My client, a leading institution in the Financial Services sector, are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to work within their in-house legal team, undertaking a general commercial legal role whilst also advising on some important regulatory initiatives within the sector.
Working Pattern: Hybrid working - 2 days p/week in the office
You'll be part of an large team and get significant support and guidance from a team of experienced lawyers who will be on hand to help you develop.
As our Group Legal Counsel, your day to day will largely involve advising, drafting, revising, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and providing legal advice as required by the business on a variety of matters from contract interpretation to developments and changes in relevant legislation.
