Role Purpose: We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Children Residential Team Leaders to join our team.
This role involves direct work with children, managing child protection concerns, and working in partnership with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
The successful candidates will support and manage the staff team to ensure high standards of care for children and young people in our residential home.
