You will collaborate with stakeholders and managers across customer facing departments, to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Support students to maximise their chances of automatically progressing to the degree course of their choice whilst ensuring the best possible student experience and achievement.
Provide personal tutorage/ Learning conversations to students throughout the semester.
General
To monitor students' progression, provide progression support/ plans and advice to students and provide outstanding student experience support, with the purpose of maximising student outcomes, achievement and satisfaction levels.
