Conwy County Borough Council are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join their Assessment and Support team in the Children, Families and Safeguarding Service.
As a Social Worker, you will be expected to provide a high-quality social work service to children and their families who are deemed to have unmet needs and/or considered to be at risk of harm/significant harm.
