You will plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Chairman/MD's priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best professional practices are upheld along with maintaining internal processes that support the senior team worldwide.
To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience in a similar role with 5-10 years experience working at a senior level
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a weekly pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs

The role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, and you'll be professional, driven and enthusiastic.
As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the company and driving future growth.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, board, and other directors, providing financial leadership and implementing strategies for long-term success.
You will also mentor and manage a finance team of three assistant accountants and collaborate with the management accountant.
There may be opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.
The successful candidates may be required to drive a company vehicle so you would ideally have a clean driving licence or maximum 3 penalty points for insurance purposes.
