Due to rapid growth within the business my client is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their vehicle technology company based in Watford. The role of the Inside Sales Executive will be to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues so having great interpersonal skills is essential. The Inside Sales Manager will also be dealing with customers on a daily basis so you must be able to provide an exceptional level of customer service in order to retain the customer. In addition, the Inside Sales Executive will be representing my client at trade exhibitions and events so keeping up to date with market knowledge and new technologies is a must! Further training will be provided in areas you would like to focus on. Inside Sales Executive Package: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary Commission. Performance Bonus. Monday - Friday in the office. Opportunity to progress and grow within the business. Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, telephone and emails. Ability to build strong and effective working relationships. Keep up to date with market trends and new technologies. Ability to sell my clients product with strong background knowledge of the product you are selling. Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect new business. Liaise with suppliers to check progress of existing orders. Represent my client at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
