Summary of Role
In this position, you will play a significant role in the company preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information to support the executive team in making informed decisions, ensuring that they meet their business objectives effectively and sustainably.
You will oversee financial policies and management information system, manage the finance team, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and processes.
Your responsibilities include timely invoicing, prompt cash collection, expense oversight, cash flow management, and management accounting.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
