Undertake ad hoc projects to support senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Head of Corporate Finance. Collaborate with external advisers on transactional activities, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Group Finance Function and across the broader finance community to drive positive outcomes. Key Requirements: Graduate in Finance, Law, or Economics (desirable) Appropriate accounting qualification e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA. (essential) Must have experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury, or relevant Finance managerial experience for a global business (essential) Mergers & Acquisition experience (desirable) Substantial commercial experience (desirable) Manufacturing accounting experience (desirable) Strong understanding of accounting concepts (essential), including applications in an IFRS context (desirable) A track record of modelling and delivering comprehensive and well-considered business cases (essential) in an M&A environment at pace. The firm provides guidance on various aspects of corporate finance, including advising on buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition transactions, as well as assisting with debt and equity fundraising.
