Responsibilities: Transaction Support Duties: Generate in-depth financial due diligence documents for: Banking and lending assessments. Acquisitions involving corporate groups and private equity stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to ensure strategic alignment on transactions. Maintain direct involvement with clients and financial partners throughout the transaction lifecycle. Lead Advisory Duties: Prepare detailed financial and strategic reports such as Information Memorandums and Business Plans. Develop financial projections and models focused on cash flow analysis and funding structures. Conduct comprehensive market analysis for merger and acquisition opportunities. Design and present new business proposals and strategies. Cultivate relationships with key market intermediaries, including financial institutions and legal firms. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in audit or a related field, with exposure to transaction services or corporate finance preferred. Strong passion for and interest in corporate finance. Commercial acumen, combined with precise attention to detail. Excellent communicative abilities, adept in both writing and interpersonal engagements. Confident and professional when interacting with clients. Independent, capable of managing flexible hours and stringent deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree and strong academic results at A' level (at least three B's). Full UK driving licence and personal transport due to travel requirements. (essential) Must have experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Treasury, or relevant Finance managerial experience for a global business (essential) Mergers & Acquisition experience (desirable) Substantial commercial experience (desirable) Manufacturing accounting experience (desirable) Strong understanding of accounting concepts (essential), including applications in an IFRS context (desirable) A track record of modelling and delivering comprehensive and well-considered business cases (essential) in an M&A environment at pace.
